This is the driving test I took.
  • Pre-Car Check; Lights, Horn, Whipers
  • Turn Out of the DMV to the Left
  • Drive all the way down to the lights, change lanes to the right before you do and do a right turn.
  • Go down the highway stretch, going from right > middle > left > middle and right, at the next lights turn right.
  • Drive straight until you reach the lights next to MATC Madison, take a right
  • Drive back to the DMV, and park
:wtf: I easily passed with no goofy shyt

I still can't drive to this day but I passed my shyt the first time. I fukked clean over the written part and the actually driving part was easy and I almost still failed :whew: All A nikka had to do was leave the DMV go down the street and hit 3 rights. But coming back to the DMV somebody had took my parking spot on the end and I had to park between these other two cars and hilarity ensued took me like 15 minutes to get inbetween two cars but #nikkawemadeit

I still don't know how some one of able body and mind can fail a fukking driving test :lolbron:

it can depend on where you go too...

there was this place at home named excel that people should've know NOT to go to..

they was failing left and right, extra strict..

i took mine out of a church basement in brightmoor...they didn't even attempt to check the clipboard

If you fail your driving test (automatic transmission) you shouldn't be allowed to drive as you're clearly too stupid to operate a moving vehicle. No retakes, just move on with your life. I'm sure that would cut road accidents by like one-third or some shyt.

I mean really, it's like driving a bumper car; how in the fukk do you fail? :dwillhuh:

An American tribute to British drivers

I have newfound respect for all the motorists I encounter on British roads. A UK license is basically a PhD in driving

The United States and the United Kingdom have many important similarities, but a rigorous driving test is not one of them. As an American who recently passed the UK driving theory and practical tests, I have newfound respect for all the motorists I encounter on British roads.

To get my American license when I was 16 years old, I had to take a very short multiple choice theory test. Having not studied and never driven, I passed easily. Then I took a practical test that consisted of a 15-minute amble through a flat rural area. I performed poorly, and at the end of my test the examiner turned to me and said, "You really don't know what you're doin', do ya?" And he passed me.

I initially assumed the UK test was comparable to the one across the pond. But then I read that the large majority of UK motorists fail their first driving exam. And I heard horror stories of Americans and other foreigners failing multiple times. I began to study (or "revise" as you Brits say) in earnest.

I'm a doctoral student at Cambridge, and I'm quite sure I prepared much more for my driving tests than I will for my PhD viva next year.

A UK license is basically a PhD in driving.
