Its the harsh reality of the situation, I went through many disciplinary hearings in my corporate days.

*Younger white explains he was just telling a real life story and that was the dialog of is traumatic experience*

*Old white guy realizes columinatti is just playing the race card for personal gains and is an opportunist *

*Young white guy says hello to colluminatti everyday and side eyes him for a few weeks when he turns his back*

*Columinatti makes thread about hating work and wanting to quit, so he's updating his resume*
