At first it sounded like the typical "man these rappers hate me, i got enemies" verse, but a couple lines kinda stand out as Hov references
"Boss up, I'm the bigger homie, but I'm one year older than my lil homie

Big Homie/Lil Homie is a Jay-Z signature literary device and he's always used it on tracks he had with Drake. Jay-Z/Roc were in on the Drake bidding war in 09, I doubt Drake is referencing say Lyor Cohen @ Warner during this time period. Drake's usage of lil homie is probably referencing Kendrick as "someone I acknowledge is a peer, but will subtly shyt on with this literary device" like Jay-Z did Drake.

Drake and Rihanna are apparently hooking up, if the whole Hov-hates-Drake-for-bailing-on-Tidal-for-Apple theory is correct, she probably confirmed it. Also, referencing the fact he's knocking down one of Jay's cash cows and doubtful Jay approves of it?
