Sohh... No Longer Having The Big Three Whats The Coli's Thoughts On Spo?

During his tenure coaching Bron Wade and Bosh it seems that the consensus was that he was an overrated coach who only won (along with holding them down) because of the "Big Three".

Now it seems like the consensus says that Wade is and we all know about Bosh's health problems...while Bron took his talents back to Cleveland but he has this team (in a weak East before anyone attempts to use that as a crutch) in the playoffs as a three seed and playing competitive ball.

With all of the same threads being repeated over and over with just different titles I thought I'd try something different.

So what are the Coli's thoughts?

He's the Jason Garrett of the NBA. Gets carried by the talent on his roster. Couldn't outcoach a HS coach.

Yea but you don't stop improving at something because you've been doing it for a long time, it's no different than any other profession I dont know any HC that mastered the game in 8 years or however long he's been coaching

I give him a lot more leeway than most 'cause I go with the make or miss league point of view. If the offense is creating open shots that are missed, I don't blame the coach, if the offense is generating them Derozan shots, that's on the coach. He's comfortable coaching small ball, probably the only thing that might save our ass with Whiteside going down.....now if nikkas could hit some 3s

Dudes always go with this "worst coach" shyt like we don't have 2 rooks in the primary rotation of a 2nd round team. That shyt is unheard of. Spo is balancing a whole lot of shyt

Average in-game coach, great at scouting and evaluating talent, great at player development, extremely stubborn, etc.

He's ok but flawed.

This is why most heat fans hate him and his stubbornness to always stick to a minutes rotation no matter what and the fact he will sit on his hands at time and let a lead disappear before he will call a time thinking he is Phil Jackson and the guys just have to play through it.
