Spoken like someone who has never been to a cookout and didn’t know it existed until Twitter told them. Cookouts are usually family affairs. I’d imagine some people don’t invite certain family members to cookouts…but most? If you’re in the area you’re getting invited. Whether you’re on probation, Methodist instead of Baptist, or gay…you getting invited.

This is just insecurity and pity party shyt. Twitter insularity. Yea gay people got it rough in many families but again, I’d imagine you getting invited to a fukking cookout.
