I liked him better when he was Dre Dog on his first 2 albums. He was weird but funny with his random shyt, always making some strange reference to animals. Dude was literally saying "meow" in the background on one of his tracks.

"I see some nikkas I used to go school with (back at Gal)
They look at me like my face is full of bear shyt"

"Smoke Dope and Rap" is still my favorite track from him.



Also liked his spot on this, it was the first time I heard the phrase "dirt nap"



Then when he did the name change, he just got too weird for me. Like when I first heard this, I figured he had ingested way too much cocaine.



I still like some of his songs, especially the stuff with Quinn.



The college kids and hipsters love him, for some reason. I don't really get how or why he's so popular with that fan base, but I'm glad he's doing well.

He travelled and toured at shytloads of colleges and 'Ayo For Yayo' blew up amongst kids that age and the rest is history.
