From what I've seen it's a nervous system disorder. Causes heart problems, trouble breathing and swallowing, fainting, high blood pressure etc..Most people who have it usually have Parkinson's or Diabetes too.

i mean it looks like any other autoimmune disorder, you just need to make sure you manage it as well as possible. doesn't look like her career is over at all, she just probably can't do aggressive promotion, touring, and travel, which in the social media/streaming/D2C age isn't much of an issue. she has a cult following that will be there regardless of if she hits their city for a concert or not.

in any case, i'm hoping this stays manageable for her and doesn't lead to worse ailments down the line.

wish her the best and with her past work/family connections she wont be looking for the next meal

but nowadays artists make their money touring. If she cant perform live thats a signifcant end of an income stream

there are established artists who only put new albums to have reason to tour and make real money
