Still astonishing to me that people buying the ps4 simply on promise cuz Xbox is delivering more games exclusively...other issue may be people don't care about exclusives and just need something to play Madden and call of duty on and ps4 benefited off Ms bad e3 and having the slightly more powerful console

I wouldn't say that. Exclusives still matter. That's what is keeping Nintendo alive. That's what helped the 360 do what they did. Hell it helped the X1 for a millisecond with Halo 5. Hardcore gamers know Sony track record with exclusives. And once they spoke the casuals jumped back on the bandwagon. @Rekkapryde had a post back during the PS4 launch and it was so spot on. He simply said "Gamers came back home"

Exclusive games preach to the choir. They don't make any real difference anymore.

Think of it like health insurance at a job. It's an added benefit of getting the job but the majority don't go out and get a job just for that benefit alone.
