I’ve always maintained that Africans have a unique opportunity to make serious money in the food business. I’ve been to quite a number of nigerian restaurants where folks of all races were feasting on dishes of various ingredients. Jollof. Meatpies. Egusi. Etc. that was surprising to me cause I’m pretty close minded on trying foods from any other culture that ain’t my own.
