If we came to this planet (right now) from a different planet, we would find religion "alien".

Some people bash religion, but believe in, spend lots of time, and money on their political leaders and parties. These political leaders are either religious themselves, or "influenced" by religious people and institutions.
Some people bash religion, claim to believe in science, yet ignore the fact that some of the earliest, and greatest scientific minds, were in fact religious
How about someone look to the institutions and "leaders"....
We should be so much more ahead right now, yet science and religion reps who hold little to no actual power and influence would rather bash each other based on the teachings of obviously corrupt and selfish people
