I was outside fishing this morning and this little girl was wandering around, she saw me and came closer to the canal. I was yelling at her to go back. Got to the point where I was about to call the cops. I walked away and she decided to walk away from the canal and into her house. She came out of no where initially. Someone I know drowned in that very same canal way back. She must have been 3 at the oldest
