Some Republican states by law don't even require employers to send out paycheck stubs to employees

Just throwing it out there but did the Paper Reduction Act years ago had something to do with this? A lot of employers don't do it because it can be accessed electronically now.

They don't even send you a paystub I worked for a company like that, it's financial malpractice but you've have a hard time proving that in a state with few rights for workers.
