Bmore stand up!
If he was competing in ‘strong man’ lifts or is he was playing football on a serious level then I could give homie his props

BUT if he’s just a regular nikka in his 30’s who is just lifting for personal benefit, then I don’t get it…

Being 280lbs at 5”9 is not healthy at all…. Also he’s definitely sucking in that gut too lol…. Thirdly, the second he takes a week or two off from the gym, he’s probably gonna blow up even more…. Being strong af in your 30’s is only good if your heart/cardio/blood health is good and I’m willing to bet this dude has none

STILL he’s living better that some other people out here who don’t do shyt and sit on the couch all day

You need better jokes

I'm not an powerlifting/squat expert....but the upperbody looks like he's leaning forward, gaze should be looking forward (not towards the ground), chest should be out/up more (core should also be engaged)

There's no position/skillset based on a player being 5'9" 280 :skip:

He just has a lot of bulk on his upper body. If he was leaning forward, which I know what your looking for, he'd either be bending moving his back/neck into an upright position like a good morning

giphy.webp

A lot of people sneak a little back/neck support in because if you can get your legs back up and straightened out, it's really nothing to just rock the weight on your back. It looks silly and all wrong when someone's doing like 185 but if someone is doing 425 people just  because its a lot of weight and don't critique the form.
