Meanwhile Bill Gates house looks like this and is worth $123 million

Spending 0.0005% of your net worth on land >>>>>>> 10-15% of it on a vehicle that'll be worth half it's original price in 5 years.

That said Bill Gates money is the type to allow you to have a car for each day of the month.

Or you can rent a luxury car for a few thousand and get the ‘experience ‘ for a day or 3 without spending a couple hundred thousand.

The novelty of driving something like that is not worth the money spent on it. Just my observation.

You don't become a billionaire by never treating yourself and always being frugal most of it is just plain luck of being born into a rich family. Most people are starting at the bottom from birth. Bezos received a loan from his mother and most people just don't have access to those resources and banks and the government are bias about who they will give loans to. Reparations for slavery is also the elephant in the room that would help African Americans have a financial base.

It's the same issue here in the UK, the gov or bank don't give a loan to anyone, but their quick to offer a perosnal loan than a business loan. However the minortie's such as Iindian's, Pakistani's and a few other's have set their banks up within the UK giving out loans and other shyt.

Not to put a damper on this thread. But my girl actually has 1 million dollars from life insurance from her parent's and drives a 08

This, along with other investments, is how my family trust was built up. All of the older folks in my family have specific 750k to 1 million dollar policies that pay out to the trust when they pass. This has been ongoing for a longg time..it's been the vehicle that's allowed a lot of us to go school without debt.

I don't know why more black families utilize life insurance to build generational wealth.

This. Bill Gates mansions are not frugal and don't get me started on how much his high tech security systems cost for each place. Gates also rents out super yachts for six figures a week just to vacation on them with his family. Don't let people guilt trip the 99% into thinking you are struggling because you pay for cheese on your burgers.

Gates got into a bidding war for Da Vinci's notebooks and paid 49 million for it and he paid money to Clinton and other people just to get one car into the country and the laws changed over a 13 year period.
