I just need the format. Im tired of filling out apps without resume. Thats prolly why my apps get thrown in the bushes

I worked in HR recruitment for a while and freelance resume writing if you want a fresh pair of eyes.

write up a good cover letter too. to me thats just as important as a good resume. really "sell" yourself. briefly explain why you love whatever field it is you're applying for and how it fits your personality and ALWAYS mention that you are looking for longterm employment
