the von erichs story has oscar written all over it, they have all the footage, exclusives, reasearch to make it a 5 star picture. a good 3 hours about that tragedy and glory. i see sean penn somewhere in this, jonah hill could have played the small von erich and deniro fritz.
probably too good for wwe studios, and with another studio like wienstein they could get higher caliber actors involved. i see amy adams playing the mother with oscar all over it. they need to start with the von erichs or the hart family and do a great biopic, then they will be taking serious.
