That happened to a stupid fool who I was riding with. Thank God the plugs mom came out and deescalated the situation or we would have been on 11Alive. I don’t even like riding with people with guns anymore because his stupid ass wanted to rob the plug. Thankfully I’m no longer associating with people that don’t value their own lives.

From a legality stand point would that still be self defense?
You could say that in the moment you didn't know whether they had another gun on them I guess. But seem like a situation where you would have to fight in court if you shot them, at least in my state
