Illinois takes my state now.. I think it's cuz I didn't pay my fine for this DUI arrest.. shyt had me heated the first time.. Now I dont even give a fukk

Michigan did that when I owe for a lien and some back taxes

Well, you are getting back $4. That means you basically paid just the right amount of federal tax, so the government didn't make money off overpaid taxe.
If you owed money, then there's ways to request to pay it in installments.

I feel you.. One year I owed like 35 dollars.. I didnt come to my sense until 2 years later and decided to pay it..

Dont cheat op. Chances are if u NEED the 1000$ that ur not entitled to you PROBABLY cant afford the penalties and charges 3 yrs down the road.

This isnt like being audited. Your w2s are REPORTED to the irs. They WILL hit u with the bill later. Its not a matter "if" they catch u.
