Listen to this man. I did it a few years back and shyt took a whole afternoon. I was after but its a pain in the ass. Get at least a 16gb sd card or an external hard drive if your gonna put a lot of games on at once. Never did figure out how to run Gamecube isos, but I think you can do that also. I mostly used it for NES emulation and a few Wii games.

I should try this with my Wii. All I do on it now is watch Netflix. It doesn't effect the channels and games you already have on it right?

Modding your Wii is the best thing you can do. It greatly improves the system and makes you want to play it more. Don't know bout it affecting current games or channels. Don't remember if it did. I agree that having an external hard drive is recommended cuz u can just load it wit games and eat off that. Just gotta format it. Breh its complicated for a reason. It aint like jailbreaking an iPhone. Lots of steps to follow. You should put an ad up on Craigslist asking someone to do it for you. It might only cost you $20 or so.

The Wii plays GameCube games by default aka it's backwards compatible. So however you playing games on it be it Hard drive or disc, the game cube rips should work. Google will confirm these answers faster than waiting but hey
