What sort of trauma are yall really dealing with? :gucci:

A LOT of folks acting like they're under some mental gym or that the pressures of the world are that great. Then when you ask them whats "wrong"...it's weird shyt about being inadequate at work or feeling awkward or having "anxiety" or something. shyt ain't this serious for MOST of the stuff I'm hearing from people :snoop:

I dont know if its a hussle or just the power of suggestion. Society has programmed everyone to be victims, and to constantly find new ways to victimize themselves.

So its real in the sense everyone can find victimhood it they look for it. But its fleeting because the reasons arent usually real. Plus they are always finding new reasons, that make them forget about the last reasons:respect:

i disagree

some people need it, some people don't. getting rid of the stigma around it is a good thing for the people who really need it.

i personally tried it and had a bad experience, i'm sure i could have a good one if i found a therapist that i liked, but i don't have time to go therapist shopping until i find one that i like. my issues ain't that serious, lol.

I wasn't aware a person's insecurities was a singular thing...and they could only suffer from one thing to get therapy

lmao i've actually been liking the focus on mental health
there's a quote that rings true
you don't know how many people have bullet wounds in their psyches that never healed properly

It's not something I would do
but I'm not arrogant enough to speak on everybody else
A lot of people carry hurt and insecurities from their childhoods

I'm NOT an insensitive a$$hole. I'm not saying theres people who dont need people to talk to.

fam, theres actual mental health...and theres A LOT of bullshyt thats being coded in niche code words and concepts that are invoked so as to not demand further scrutiny.

Yall are playing dumb.
