I grew up during a time when you were bought or handed down the startup plastic sand filled weights with the flat bench. That transitioned to studying the Arnold Schwarzenegger's, Lee Haney's and Ronnie Coleman's. Why? Cos I wanted to big like them, I could care less about the stage aesthetics. I've been a serious gym head since the 90's and a member of bodybuilding.com since 98'. Information being passed on the net is nothing new scrap. I studied bodybuilding and learned the good and bad just like any bball fan who studies the game will tell you about MJ's gambling or self hatred or barkleys c00ning etc.

It's no homo because I don't get down like that and support that side of the art, i'm only into the diets and training. You played dumb and I gave you a reference and I wake up to a clown or two seeking to get a dogpile started

That type of activity those players are engaging in is prevalent in all industries of entertainment besides bodybuilding and ninjas wanna play dumb now. I agree it's disgusting and blatant but it is what it is

but the fact that this team went 6-7 last year (only the 3rd losing season in the past 30 years at Miami), yet still had 7 players get drafted in the NFL (5 in the first 3 rounds)...you would think these idiots would have more discipline and focus in the offseason

we used to have runningbacks fighting each other over who would make first string, offensive and defensive players wouldn't talk to each other on campus because practices used to get so intense, and dudes would get beat up if they came to workouts and camp out of shape....what the fukk happened to my squad
