Na
went to a spin-off of my credit union
Couldn’t cash my check because they said it would be subject to a hold even though I brought it there twice
I spoke to the manager and she said they couldn’t see it in their system
Had a stank look on her face

Had me wondering if she would have treated me the same if I was white
Even tho she was Black as well

But then again I’ve had poor experiences with white ppl as well

Any way she fukked wit the wrong nikka cuz I’m bout to be like Kermit on the keyboard soon as I find out where to send a complaint email

i only go to 3 black businesses in the hood, because the 1 brother and 2 sisters businesses both be open on time, good customer service and quality security guards on deck

these other businesses have young nikkas and bytches outside of them blasting music , harrassing the grandma's and grandpa's. they open 2 hour late, ratchet cashiers talking on the phone while ringing u out and employees goofin around

Nothing to do with race. It’s the fact she female no Heman woman hater stuff.
all women don’t like to be told what to do i see it in my job as well.
If it was a black breh he would have worked with you.

I try to be super polite and turn on my southern charm yes ma’am, no ma’am. Lightly flirt with her. She stuck behind a desk bored to death probably dealing with rude ass customer cussing her out cause now they have bills delayed.

If you really about improving the black business community the business AND the customer are gonna need to come together as one.

I think a locally owned and operated business in a low income neighborhood can be one of the most welcoming, community oriented places in an entire city. Well not always welcoming to outsiders, but in the community. Think of a barber shop, oxtail spot or sports bar.

On the other hand a corporate owned and operated establishment in a low income neighborhood is going to be a cesspool of resentment on both sides of the counter, with homeless and scammer customers regularly trying to finesse malcontent employees who are well aware theu are being paid less than their counterparts who work the same job serving (relatively) better behaved and easier to handle customers in higher income areas.

The cats outside begging bother me more. Then when you tell them no, nearly every time when I get in the car, they wanna show the dollars in their pocket like I'm supposed to be upset because I didn't contribute to their fukkery.
