what songs were obviously trying to have a certain vibe/effect but failed at it?

i remember Roman's Revenge Nicki, and Em. you can tell listening to this that it was supposed to be one of those songs where people go " damn these mfers are crazy and truly dgaf! " you can tlell just by the beat and the way they present themselves. but then when yuou listen it they come across weak af.


i remember still thinking em could come back to old form at this point and trying to force myself to like this
