Sonic Generations is piff, why didn't anybody tell me?

Downloaded it for my son and I don't even want to let him play anymore I'm hooked.

Easily the best sonic game since genesis and one of the best platformers of last gen.

Controls and level design are something I thought we hadn't/never would experience in a modern sonic game.

Recently played super Mario 3D world on Cemu, and this sonic game is way better.

Why didn't/doesn't this game get the props it deserves?

it's a good game but let's not get ahead of ourselves the 3D sections of sonic will always suck mechanically everyone knows 3D Sonic is fundamentally flawed

It had a better story but thats all your getting out of me

Not in this game.

The 3D levels are good. There's nothing fundamentally broken about them. That's what surprised me so much.

Have not made it to him yet.

All the bosses in super Mario 3D world were trash.

Maybe it was an expectations thing, but after hearing people praise it as such a great game all this time, I didn't feel like it was that good.

Sonic on the other hand i had no expectations for and I'm loving it.

I loved sonic adventure when it came out.

I downloaded it recently in the dreamcast collection on PC, and I wish I had left it were nostalgia had me. Game doesn't hold up well at all

If not you haven't experienced it. And most of the piff comes from playing this game multiplayer. You playing it on a fukking emulator thats why your not enjoying it.

As for the comment about 3D world's bosses they may have been easy but they weren't broken. I've beaten bosses a lot harder than the final one in Sonic Generations but it was so frustrating because shyt was not accurate at all

Sonic generations is a SP game

3D world was sold as a Multiplayer game

second of all the end of the game is where the challenge is at after that shytty cat bowser boss levels get harder... if you couldn't get to champions road then you haven't really enjoyed the game
