What made socom so amazing back then was it was all 3rd person. Could do dumb shyt like kneel down in the Bushes and dudes wld Str8 run by you, then jump out and clap em from behind.

That M4A1 SD was too easy so brehs wld use the m14 and jus let loose a clip while running around sum1 in a circle.

You right, not an FPS but the greatest online shooter.

There were no respawns...you had to get shyt right the first time around and actually play as a team.

1 of the 1st few games that came wit a headset in the box of the original socom. Every1 had mics, wasn't a bunch of kids.
We need a new 3rd person shooter for this gen. Last solid 3rd person shooter I remember was either rainbow 6 Vegas, or ghost recon. Been too long brehs.
