It's like these guys choose to be willfully ignorant of the fact that remasters are outsourced to another dev team entirely who's sole job is to touch up the OG game(s).
This does not affect studios from starting new projects, and if anything, brings in another revenue stream for them to build their company and have more assets to make another IP.
What good discussion? You have to have the intelligence of a fukking down syndrome child to think new IPs are being shelved for remasters.
