Sony support is woat

So I brought 10 bucks worth of supply drops for advance warfare (nikka shut up I know) and they don't show..says I have them but once again no show. I call these nikkas and some Indian picked up talking about imma put in a "request" bytch what. They emailing pretty much saying lol second time I brought a dlc type and thing and it didn't fukking show up. How is that my fault?
