They already stated that the second one wasn't even going to be implemented, a case of filing for a patent before another company gets a hold of it.

If anything would make me stop playing video games I think it would be commercials. Don't interrupt my gaming experience to try to push some product that I don't want. I hope they don't implement that at all.
