nope...the “consensus” on reddit is those who called in/did live chat as a follow up to making the request have successfully been refunded...those who submitted the request and did nothing further haven’t received anything as yet

to add insult to injury those who called in/used live chat said the reps were not aware that any request had been previously made for a refund and were kicking that 14-day policy bullshyt as if they weren’t aware of the cyberpunk situation but relented eventually and provided them with a refund
