oh ok i never used it. funny thing is i was just looking it up and they said it's made of psyllium husk which i do have a pack of that (probably expired cuz i never used it). i just eat a lot of veggies.

I can't eat too much food on keto plus all I crave is meat and eggs while lifting so I do have some trouble due to lack of veggies.
