Had someone slice his face up and then hung it in his cell and rocked it again.

His been on some next shyt with the way Scott Snyder writes him. Dude's done a great job with Court of Owls and Death In the Family

Had his face cut off so he could go around without anyone recognizing him. Before the New 52 started he posed a a british superhero without anyone knowing it was him.

It legit added to the horror factor of the story, especially that part where he goes around snapping necks in the GCPD or when he tells Gordon he hides under his bed, so he knows he has nightmares, and where he hides his smokes, listening to him breathe. Don't worry the artist knows how to draw a regular joker also, the ending chapter to that story shows him locked away looking catatonic in a cell, it looked like a cross between heath ledger on the mouth scars and the animated series one, head structure wise.
