Exactly, a lot of players self-correcting and going down a level in play to a league where they can actually produce.

lmao coaches trash. How about a rule that a coach can't leave a team and coach another for 1 year? Doesn't make sense right? Well let the players have the same damn freedom. Even if you do something like require a slightly higher GPA to quality to transfer. Do it.
