Music education is dead in Chicago. Students care nothing about classes like this and usually brush it off or disrupt it. Her classmates probably hurt her learning experience more than the teacher. I doubt a teacher is not teaching just because he cant, he is probably dealing with class room distractions the whole time. Only thing i saw in this video was a girl disrespecting a grown man and causing a disturbance. Its impossible to know if the teacher was doing what he had to do from this video because it doesn't show that

90% of the kids in that class don't give a damn about education and are going nowhere life. I commend her desire, but it looks like she should be directing some of that angst towards her knuckleheads peers. There no way I'd have a kid going to public school to be at the mercy of those cretins.

folk i went to 2 hood schools in high school one in dallas n one at home..
i can tell u one thing for damn show..the houston school was waaaaaaaaaaaay better than velt...
u know the school when nikkas out the class of 87 that r cluckers now come to the school for lunch n stand in line like they students..n dont shyt be said

we left came back...the next period class was in the gym...he said fukked that went to the counselors n told em to get me out of every class i had...n made sure i had all ap class...n soon as he got a thru with his dallas contract...we got the hell up outta dallas..
its kinda funny that townview a magnet school right down the street...all the smart kids that suppose to go to velt end up goin to that or lincoln or a school in the suburbs..
i got lil potnas n cousins who live right by velt...that say all the time if townview had a team they would stay home n save money from buyin the monthly dart passes but since they dont...get up early head to ledbetter station n one of their friends parents pick em up they head to duncanville cedar hill n desoto..
they do that til they get cars...
