I got it made is one of the first songs that got me into hip hop
Never understood why Special Ed gets overlooked. He was a dope MC. Didn't he look like a young Snoop also?

Im gonna be honest i thought this thread was gonna be a hate thread about low IQ rappers like chief keef, etc. 
I think Biz Markie is the most overlooked late 80's hip Hop legend. Special Ed gets second place.......Special Ed was definatlty a problem when he came out. "I Got It Made" was so big when it dropped....it was one of those songs that every hip hop head knew the lyics to. Remember that look Raheem had on his face when Special Ed had his baby moms in the whip? Remember when Rudy and her friends snuck into that party to see Special Ed and had to watch Pam win the dance?

Yeah, he was still spitting something nice on his third album it's just that album didn't get the same promotion as the first two. But lyrically, Ed was still was on point.
