Cops were laughing amongst each other in joy as states attorney postpostments were granted again and again, against the interest of the defendants while brothers and sisters are getting jail time for the most ridiculous offenses.
For example, one brother was arrested for having a glass bong that is sold at most gas stations and plead out to time served. The public defender was blowing brothers cases.
Another brother was charged with trespessing on a church he is a member of (empowerment temple) property
One brother was arrested after caught on a stalled dirtbike. Brother wasnt even caught riding it and was charged with riding a dirt bike and state was asking for jail time. Brother was 20 years old. THe judge spoke to this brother like she was on a judge judy episode
Watched a brothers MOTHER allowed to speak in courtroom against the defandants (her sons) wishes and without state prosecution prompting and attempt to have her sun "prevent [ed] from seeing the sun again" because she felt her son was too rebelious for her to control. This was the brother arrested for the glass pipe and charged with having drug paraphenlia. This was also after he had already recieved his sentence and it was made clear her words would have no bearing on the case.
If the I's have not been to a criminal courtroom lately I highly recommend sitting in on proceedings one day. Our people are being lynched out here by the system on a daily basis.
