This is true, but there is a power in imagery, fashion, and ultimately memes. This helps keeps Malcom X, and all that he stood for, as a concept alive in the public consciousness and forces his existence into the minds of all people who see it, especially as the government is trying to silence his existence, as well as other forms of black history. So turning him into a memetic virus by any means necessary is a good idea.
