And then we use those 500 CAW slots to recreate every promotion in the US since 1980. :wow:

Fire pro excels over 2k in one major area: Ability to dictate logic and selling of every wrestler. You can decide the percentages for the use of every one of their moves, how they sell, how they combine moves. It's endless.

2K suffers from matches feeling repetitive because every wrestler fights the same. Could you imagine a current gen Fire Pro in which the heel actually acted like a chicken shyt or the super babyface sells 85% of the match just for the major comeback?

From the comments section
For those who don't know, Spike Chunsoft has launched a “mysterious website” featuring this short YouTube video and link to a @sc_prowrestling Twitter account. The stance the fighters take before initiating the battle IS THE SAME stance seen in Spike Chunsoft’s Fire Pro Wrestling series! Oh, and the name of the Twitter account is “3/2 in San Francisco”, and the URL to the teaser website features “070302”, suggesting we’ll hear about whatever this is next Thursday, March 2nd in San Francisco. Spike Chunsoft’s English Twitter account also tweeted the video, by the way! So localization is already confirmed ahead of time, whatever it is exactly!...Whiiich is Fire Pro Wrestling, I'm sure. :D

I try playing like that on 2K online but the game nor the community won't allow it. With FPR, I felt like I was working with my opponent to create epic matches win or lose vs playing a fighting game in a wrestling ring just to win a match.
