Thats because thats not power rangers it's super sentai the series power rangers is based on. Typically they take footage from this series dub it with the actors they higher for the American version. It's dope how they do actually sometimes the stories end up completely different and sometimes the American version will add something that influences the Japanese version and vice versa.
