I dont see MJ as a GOD like most posters here and honestly if you take out Scottie he wins no rings, lebron does not even have a Scottie on this team. Just a bunch of paxons :francis:

Even if you want to say he'll win it all without any help, which DEFINITELY ain't true when you got J.R. Smith's NBA Jam-like shooting, Tristan's amazing rebounding, Delly's dirty plays and Mozgov's barbarian cac toughness, there's guys whose won it all with even LESS help.

Hakeem and Dirk come to mind. Wade to a certain extent, I even think Kobe's championship teams are around the same level as this Cavs team even if they don't have players as celebrated as Odom or Gasol.

People really seem to have amnesia that the Cavs were the favorites to come out the east his last two years before he left. Didn't they win 66 games one year?

I think chances for LB to surpass MJ as the GOAT have longed passed. Too many finals losses. But if he wins vs GS with this roster, he will silence all (myself included) whom hesitate to put him top 5 all time. Winning a ring without Kyrie & Love is worth a lot of merit.
