I would definitely have to say Scorcese. I feel like he unnecessarily uses that term in a lot of his movies. His movies will have like 5 black people, none in the serious scenes, and he'll have to have his lead say the word for no apparent reason.

I like his movies, but fukk him for that :pacspit:

Scorsese never bothers me. His movies usually have mafiaso characters that come from extremely racist backgrounds. It's expected they talk like that, and they really do. I think the only time I was bothered by the word ****** was when I watched American History X. And I know those fukking CACs used the word, but my problem was, they were presented as a group that had such a powerful movement. And it was presented like everyone in Venice feared these p*ssy Cacs. I clapped when the black dude capped that lil bytch at the end.

But honestly I never get offended by the use of the word in movies or TV, because normally it's presented within the context of the environment people inhabit. i get more upset when I see c00nery from Tyler Perry movies etc,

neither....of all the injustice in the world it baffles me that this is what gets people 'up in arms'....

art imitates life....and these 2 directors make movies mostly about criminals...so it stands to reason, atleast in my mind, that these types of characters would be racist....:manny:

so why would i be upset when a character ive watched rob...steal, and kill for 2 hrs, says ni99er? :patrice:

doesnt make sense to me

You know Scorsese is Spike Lee's mentor, right? And Scorsese helped Spike get on? Spike says he owes a lot of his career is Scorsese because he vouched for him early on. Scorsese is nowhere near racist. He portrays his characters, as what they are. Lowlife scumbags from racist backgrounds. They're criminals.
