Who said anything about it changing the dynamic of the relationship? I didn'tYou had the same exact union before you got married if you were in a committed relationship. Marriage means nothing to the actual relationship. It really only has legal ramifications.
Or maybe you can explain what dynamic does marriage add to a committed relationship that wasn't there before the marriage?
Here I'll make it official... people who hope marriage will change a relationship are doomed to fail ("he gonna do right once we jump the broom"). It doesnt' change shyt, the partnership has to be solid beforehand for success
But legal marriage = making your partnership official in the eyes of the law, which you yourself comes with certain changes that most married folks see as benefits. What you make of that partnership is entirely up to you and your spouse, thats not the responsibility/duty of the law
