It's classification brah. As they discover more shyt, they realized if they classified every planet the size of Pluto as a planet, then we'd had 1000 planets

Pluto has always been apart of our solar system . It got downgraded to "dwarf planet" because it doesn't meet the size criteria for a full planet and I believe it may be in Neptune's orbit I'm not 100 percent sure on that one though.
