Bought WWE 12 a few weeks after it came out brand new for $60. shyt was pure status so i went to bring it back the next day.

"I need to return this game i bought yesterday"

faq: "We dont take returns. You can exchange it for a different game or store credit"

faq: "Gamestop policy doesnt allow us to take returns that have been opened "

"Fine just give me the store credit"

faq: "sure, that'll be 14.99 towards any Gamestop product"

" Man just let me exchange it then, give me that NBA2k12

That NBA2K12 still sitting on my shelf unopened

When I wanted to work there they were never hiring, but every month or so I'd see a new face.

Trade in a game for like $8, come back they'e selling it for $30+.

I once got into it with one of the store managers because I wanted a discount on the "new game" and he said..."but its never been used"

I said ok so tell me how I am going to explain to my cousin that I bought him a "NEW" game for christmas, but its already opened.

People need to smarten up when it comes to these companies...at least make the effort to deceive me and reseal it...SOMETHING.

when they were still in business i always preferred ebgames over gamestop. i try not to visit gamestop unless i have 20 something games that i want to get rid of immediately.
