Is their a test like at Doshi or Quest Diagnostics that a woman can do to prove that she's undergone menopause, or should a man just take her word for it?

Thinking like this is gonna get a lot of men caught up and at baby showers. Like someone said, unless she's gone through menopause, there's a chance. There are lots of women who've gotten pregnant naturally in their mid 40's; my grandmother was one of them
