:francis:Everybody says this. Least you admit to the diet, but I imagine you get on the eliptical 30 minutes, then do some squats, some curls with the pink(5lb) dumbells
and run like:whew: "Instagram, here I come." If you hitting the workouts right, eating a ton of food shouldn't matter unless you trying to see abs.

You can be "plush" and shapely and eat all the pizza you want:shaq:

Then you've never done Orange Theory. I average 1.5-3 miles a day on the treadmill (30 min) HIIT, depending on the workout. The other 30 min, if the reps call for heavy weights (weighted lunges, curls, etc), I do 15lb each arm. If they call for light on others, I do 8-10 each arm. I'm not the strongest, but I'm definitely not the weakest.

:rocky:Orange theory? My fall 2014 thursday 3am workouts

-20 minutes in the pool for warmups
-8x12 pullups
-8x10 pushups
-3x20 rock climbers
-5x12 barbell squats @ 75% max

Those were just warmups.

-8x8 T-bar row, last set to failure
-8x8 Barbell rows
-5x6 Seated row
-3x5 Upright row
-Barbell curls to failure @ 40lbs

If I wasn't out of gas, I would do negative pullups to failure (Hop up, do a very slow negative. No pulling up at all.)

That Orange Theory sounds like what I would do on days I was hurt.
