I would say that if they hired Phil Jackson to be their head coach, he could take them to the Championships.

I wanted Dave Joerger to be the HC as far back as 2012

I even emailed Ted Leonsis urging him to interview him.

You know what his response was?

Yeah, a coaching change would be the difference to get to the championship. I thought they had a better team this year than last year though.
