Majority of us live in war torn inner city neighborhoods full of violence and poverty or rural areas with third world living standards and are prosecuted and killed by this country.

Yet none of these countries accept is as refugees and give us all type of benefits. If China or another enemy of America was smart they would do it to embarrass America on the world stage.

basically they'd have to be willing to call America a failed state or call them out for genocide, so it'd have to be an established enemy, not an ally. on top of that they'd have to have the resources to take in refugees.

plus they'd also have to not be to be taking in black Americans, which China is not. China don't even want black actors on American movie posters.

Last I checked AA(mostly back in the 60s-70s) were accepted in....

• Ethiopia (Even gave free land and political org to work with)
• Algeria
• Tanzania
  
• Cuba
• China
• Soviet Union
• Ghana (open doors to damn near anyone who wanted in ...mf 's be getting hella cheap/free land to boot)
• etc etc etc.

NOTE:
The way "hugo chavez" was moving down in Venezuela I'm sure he would've housed folks ...though I don't know if anyone would've wanted to live there.

The real question is will Black Americans leave en mass if offered refugee status? The US is a 1st world country most Americans Black or white ain't willing to live all that luxury behind and go start all over again in a different country.

You can't just just go to another country and declare yourself a refugee. I'm not going to pretend like I know the specifics but if another country recognizes you as a refugee and accepts you it means that country officially puts the US under some status which of course would cause all types of problems for them.
