I often don't correct people's grammar in public because the insecurity it causes afterwards is a lot worse than me finding rejoice in expressing my pedantic nature. So although it does cause slight irritation when someone lacks basic grammar rules, I try to understand their point rather than judging them for not paying attention at school.

Please, answer the poll as honestly as you can.... even if you are a convicted felon.

I'm aware many of you roam around this website from your prison cells. Well, that's what I've been told But I'm sure that's not true. You all seem so polite towards females in general

I have actually been in a relationship that like that were i was being corrected all the time, and let me tell it gets old quick.
And suprisingly it can grow to be a big deal to the point of destroying the WHOLE relationship

So although it does cause (a) slight irritation [unless it causes an actual rash...the irritation would be singular and case by case] when someone lacks basic grammar rules, I try to understand their point rather than judging them for not paying attention at school.

I only correct people's grammar if it's a reoccuring issue. Other than that, I don't bother.
It's obnoxious and annoying to correct someone for every little thing.

I'd rather be corrected kindly, than you let me keep sounding like a fool in front of others.

Language is just that, language. Its no correct way to communicate to somebody else. Talking comes just as natural as walking. If im having a convo with someone and we understand each other you cant say im not talking right. But ima let your c00n ass have it, clown.

I don't correct her to be mean, I do so that she can sound better as she has been immersing herself in a professional environment
