So my question to you Brehs and Brehettes is......do you get in where you fit in? Are you aiming within your range?

I can be 100 and say that I'm not. I'm a decent looking male (nothing special) but I want a woman of a certain caliber (looks wise that is). I want a Yodit Yemane, Miracle Watts, etc. To make that realistically happen I gotta get my shyt up....which I'm tryna do this year. You can't be a regular 9-5 Breh or Brehette expecting to bag Idris Elba or Miracle Watts....it is what it is

Posted my picture in the past and I've never been without female companionship unless I wanted to be.
I'm hard to get along with sometimes but still pretty straight laced.
Didn't have an issue attracting average to above average black women on my campus, and my routine is and was as regular as can be.
That said, I'm not an advocate of telling people to settle.
You have a right to hold out for an ideal mate, but if you're not top shelf yourself, don't expect a top shelf mate to walk through that door.
The problem lies in black men and women not being honest with themselves and blaming it on their personality more than their lackluster physical appearance.
It hurts feelings but the world is superficial. Lif isn't a fairy tale and won't always end happily ever after.
You may get a woman you feel "settled" for you, but if she can lock down a guy who's taller, just as smart but and more handsome, why would she settle for you when you're 5'2 with a rebellious hairline and built like a baked potato?
If you're a man with this problem, you stand to fare a much better chance at having a happy ending than a woman in your situation.
Adapt or perish.
