Mexico has a Physicist as President. Singapore’s last Prime Minister had the single highest Math honor you can get from Europe and wrote a famous algorithm. China went exponential during the 2000’s when all members of their government were chosen because they were Engineers.
I want someone smart running this country with all the resources we have. All these resources and this many people struggling. No more stupid celebrities and businessmen. Someone like the Khan Academy person.

If Johnnie Cochran was still alive, he'd be the right kind of pick since he'd understand the law and how to work with it.
Americans tend to like people that are "smooth" moreso than nerdy...especially conservatives and low info voters. Liberals love policy nerds...which is what we need more of.
